Complaints Procedure

The doctors and staff working for Wallingbrook Health Group strive to deliver high quality patient care at all times and in all areas of contact with the patient or patient’s representative. Unfortunately there may be a time when less than efficient service is given or instances where the patient is less than happy with the service that has been received.

In order to attain and maintain high standards of care, feedback is required from those to whom the care is delivered; one mechanism is the complaints procedure.

Third Party Consent

  If you are complaining on behalf of a patient or your complaint involves the medical care of a patient then the consent of the patient will be required. Please obtain the patients signed declaration. For further details please refer to the Complaints Leaflet.

Your Local CCG

NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) officially launched on the 1 April 2013. From the 1 April local GPs and clinicians will be responsible buying services for people in the northern, eastern and western areas of Devon from healthcare providers such as local hospitals, the community and mental health services.

The area served by the CCG also includes the catchment areas of the three large acute hospitals - Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, North Devon District Hospital in Barnstaple and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in Exeter.

PALS and Complaints at the CCG

We are still here, helping staff and patients/ carers when their journey through services is not working well. We will work quickly to resolve problems and then use the learning in the CCG to help improve services.
