Online Prescriptions

Welcome to the Online Prescriptions Ordering Service.

In order for you to order online you need to have a unique username and password which you can obtain from the receptionists at any one of the Wallingbrook sites.

You will need to bring a form of ID with you for identification purposes. You will be given a sheet with your details on and a booklet explaining how to order your repeat prescription (which can also be downloaded from this page).

Please keep this safe as the staff do not retain copies of either your username or password. However they can issue a new one if required. It will take up to an hour for your registration details to come through.

Ordering Prescriptions Online

Instructions for ordering repeat prescriptions

1.Type in your username and password

2.Click on login

3.Click on current prescriptions. This will show you a list of all the medication on your repeat prescription.

4.Check the box next to the medication you wish to order. It will then become highlighted in blue.

5.In the box titled Medication request notes please enter the location you wish to collect your medication (failure to do this may result in difficulty in obtaining your medication)

6.Click on request medication

7.You will then get a summary of what you have ordered.  You can either print a confirmation or return to your list of medication. Your medication will be ready to collect within the normal turn around times.

8.Click Log out.
