The times when Doctors are available in surgery are shown in the Guide. In surgery you are free to see the Doctor of your choice though we advise that you keep to one Doctor for one episode of illness if at all possible.
You will be seen by a Doctor for urgent conditions on the same day if requested. You can usually be offered an appointment with a Doctor for non-urgent conditions within 48hrs with a Doctor in the practice. Seeing the Doctor of your choice at short notice is sometimes more difficult because of branch surgeries and other commitments but we will always do our best to provide you with the earliest possible appointment.
The Practice undertakes teaching of both medical and nursing staff. The Receptionist will advise you when a student is present and you may ask for the student not to be present during your consultation. All team members are fully involved in a continuing education programme.
Consultations at all surgeries are by appointment.
Please do everything you can to keep your appointments or tell us
as soon as
possible if you cannot to enable the consultation to be offered to others.
