This service is only for items that are available for you on your repeat prescription.

Information sent over this internet connection is not totally secure, however by supplying your Patient Identifying number, there is no link between your prescription request and your personal details.

On completing and sending the request you are acknowledging the terms of this service.
The request will be sent to a practice email address and you will receive an email acknowledging receipt within 30 minutes of sending
The patient identifying number is the computer number found at the top left of the repeat slip of your prescription, the pharmacy staff can indicate this to you. This must be completed to generate a request.
