New SMS Text Message Service

Wallingbrook Health Group is launching an SMS text message service. Our aim is to reduce the amount of time lost by missed appointments and to deliver messages promptly. This type of service has been used successfully by Dentists, Opticians and more recently, Chulmleigh Academy Trust. To receive this service we need a mobile telephone number and signed consent. Text messages may be received for:

• Confirmation of appointment date, time, surgery and clinician.
• Important bulletins 
• Monitoring recalls
• Appropriate messages from Wallingbrook Health Group

Texts will be clearly marked from Wallingbrook Health Group. They will only be sent to those people who agree to receive the information. Permission can be withdrawn at any time. To sign up for this service patients are asked to complete a consent form which can be obtained from any of the surgeries or downloaded below:
